Send every client one feedback link — 2 stars or less stays private: it comes straight to you here, it doesn't post to your Facebook Page, Google account or any other review site. Everyone still gets the same review buttons.
Checking your setup…
Quick answers, built in.
One look, one next step.
Just finished a job? Put the customer in and send the ask — it's already written, with your feedback link in it. They land in Finished jobs as asked, and the follow-ups start on their own.
Straight up: ReviewCatcher doesn't send anything itself — Text opens your own Messages and Email opens your own Mail with the ask in place; you tap send there.
Your numbers from the feedback captured in this inbox — plus the real math for your public rating: set where your rating stands today and where you want it, and the board works out exactly how many new 5-star reviews get you there, then tracks them as they land here.
The race runs on Facebook first: each shop's recommend % and review count from its Facebook Page — that's where customers check first. Paste your Facebook Page link and your competitor's below; a Page link can't match the wrong shop. The numbers below are a labeled sample until you set up your own race.
Facebook doesn't hand recommend % or review counts to apps like ours, so the honest way is yours: read them off each Page and type them here. They're always labeled as your numbers — never dressed up as pulled. Update them whenever you like.
Other platforms — secondary. Review counts and star ratings from both shops' public listings (Google and the like) — they load once both shops are matched by name + city in the step below, and refresh about once a week. Facebook above stays the race that counts.
Match the listings: public listings are found by business name + city — a Facebook Page link alone doesn't carry a city, so this step is what lets the numbers load. It saves the same race setup as “Start my race” below.
That start count fills itself in from your first pull — change it only if your race really started earlier.
If a pulled listing number is ever wrong, your correction wins on this device. The automatic numbers keep updating underneath — switch back any time.
Set up the race: paste your Facebook Page link and your competitor's.
Names can match the wrong listing — a Page link can't. Use this only when you don't have the links.
Where the numbers come from: the Facebook numbers are the ones you type from your Pages (labeled as yours, above) — Facebook doesn't feed them to us. The other-platform numbers come from both shops' public listings — the same counts anyone can see — checked about once a week, with the newest pull shown with its date. If a shop can't be found on its listing, the race says so — and you can correct the listing numbers by hand.
The sample goal above (4.2 from 37 reviews, aiming at 4.8) shows how it works — put your real numbers in and tap Set this goal.
Step 1 of 3
Only the main review link is required — everything else is optional, now or later. Facebook comes first: it's where your customers already are, so your Facebook Page link is the main one; Google and the rest ride along as second choices.
⚠️ That link is still the sample placeholder. Paste your real Facebook Page review link here, then tap Save setup — until then, the button on your feedback page points at a made-up address.
Every review link you save shows as a button on the thank-you screen — Facebook first, then the rest — the same buttons for every client, whatever they score.
The rule this tool is built on: feedback of 2 stars or less stays private — it comes straight to you here, it doesn't post to your Facebook Page, your Google account or any other review site. Everyone still gets the same page and the same review buttons, whatever they score, and the client can still post on Facebook, Google or the other sites themselves if they choose. Low scores can also reach you privately first — the page offers a one-tap email straight to you — so you can reach out fast. That's what keeps the tool (and your Google profile) in good standing.
Just finished with a client? Put their name in, tap Text, Email or Facebook, and the ask is already written — your feedback link's in it. Same link everyone gets, no rating question in front of it.
Straight up: ReviewCatcher doesn't send anything itself. Text opens your own Messages app and Email opens your own Mail app with the ask already written — you tap send there. Facebook opens a share window with your feedback link in it, so you can post the ask where your clients see it — and the ask text copies itself at the same tap, so you can paste it into a Messenger message to your client instead. The client's details stay in this panel; they're not saved anywhere.
Drop each finished job here the moment it wraps — or connect your software below and they land here by themselves. One tap opens the ask, already written, in your own Messages or Mail; the list tracks who has been asked and who needs a follow-up.
One job per line — Name, phone-or-email (add the job after another comma if you like). Exports from Jobber, QuickBooks, Housecall Pro or a spreadsheet paste straight in.
When a job closes in your software, the customer lands in your Finished-jobs list above by themselves — ask already written, one tap to send. Three steps, once:
1. Tap your software below. 2. Follow its connect page. 3. Paste your private hook link where it asks for a webhook URL:
Your software not connectable? The paste-in still works everywhere: paste this message into your software’s “job complete” text or email template once, and the ask rides out on every job.
Where it says [first name], use your software’s first-name token — Jobber: {{client_first_name}} · Housecall Pro: its customer-name merge field · QuickBooks: the invoice email message.
Straight up, same as Send the ask above: tapping Text or Email opens YOUR Messages or Mail app with the ask written — you tap send there. ReviewCatcher itself sends nothing, and these customers are stored only on this device. Follow-ups work the same way: nothing sends itself; when one comes due it waits at the top of this list until you tap it.
ReviewCatcher on its own is $49/mo after your free 30 days — no setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime. Your first 30 days are free; your card is only charged after that. (Inside AgentOS & SalesOS it is free 90 days, then part of the shelf's $29/mo.) Nothing in the app is locked — this is simply how standalone use is paid for once the free 30 days are up.
Checkout is on Stripe's own secure page — ReviewCatcher never sees or stores your card.
Short, personal, within a day or two of closing / delivery. Ask the day the job wraps. No answer? The app reminds you here at 2, 5 and 9 days — one tap sends each follow-up, three at most, then it stops.
Replies left on this device land here. A client on their own phone sees your review buttons — and can email their note straight to you in one tap. Low scores never post anywhere from that page.
How to read this: notes emailed from your feedback page land in your alert email inbox. 2 stars or less never post to Facebook, Google or any other review site from your page. Want to see it work? The Client preview tab sends a test reply that lands right here.
Ready-made replies for any review — pick one, tap copy, paste it where the review lives. Sounds like you on a good day, not like a form letter.
Copy and paste only — nothing here posts for you, anywhere. And one hard rule, straight from the killed scripts pack: never offer a discount, gift or freebie to get a review changed or taken down. That's against Google's rules, and it reads desperate anyway.
Thanks for working with Jordan Lee — Lee Realty Group. Your honest feedback goes straight to Jordan, and it only takes a minute.
Tap a star
This page is the same for everyone. After you send, you'll also get the option to share your experience on Facebook, Google or another review site — your call, either way.
Your feedback just went to Jordan Lee — Lee Realty Group, and it means a lot.
If you're willing to share your experience publicly, it helps the next client or customer find someone they can trust:
Same buttons, same wording — whether you tapped 1 star or 5. Always your choice.
Try it: submit a 2★ reply — you still land on this exact thank-you screen with the same review buttons, and nothing gets posted to Facebook, Google or any other review site. Then check the Feedback inbox: your reply is there, private, flagged, with an “alert sent” note. Submit a 5★ — same screen, same buttons.
New in 2.20: Finished jobs catches up instantly. Ask from the box on Today and the customer shows as Asked in Finished jobs right away — no waiting for the list to catch up.
New in 2.19: The ask comes first. The moment your setup is done, Today opens with an Ask a customer box: a name, a phone or email, one tap — and the ask opens already written in your own Messages or Mail, feedback link in it. That customer lands in Finished jobs as asked, and the follow-ups start on their own, exactly like a job added there. If an ask or a follow-up is already due, that keeps the top spot — due beats new. And finishing setup now brings you straight to Today with the box ready.
New in 2.18: “Load other platforms” actually loads — and the badge tells the truth. The other-platforms panel now carries its own match step: your shop's name + city and your competitor's, because public listings are matched by name and city (a Facebook Page link alone doesn't say where a shop is). Fill it in, tap “Load my numbers”, and the real pulled counts and ratings land in the panel with their pull date. Until then, the panel says plainly that nothing has been loaded — no more sample numbers dressed up as pulled ones. And the header badge now shows the standalone price — $49/mo after your free 30 days — instead of “FREE”: on its own ReviewCatcher is a paid product, and inside AgentOS & SalesOS it's still included free, exactly like the bar up top says.
New in 2.16: Facebook first — and the ask follows up three times, then stops. Facebook is now your main review site: your Facebook Page link leads Setup, it's the first button your clients see on the thank-you screen, and Google rides along as the second choice. The race runs on Facebook first too — paste your Page link and your competitor's (no more name-and-city guessing), and the race leads with each Page's recommend % and review count; the Google-and-listings race is still there, one tap down, under “Load other platforms”. And the follow-up ladder: no answer to your review ask? ReviewCatcher reminds you at 2, 5 and 9 days after the ask, right at the top of Finished jobs under “⏰ Follow-ups due”. Each follow-up is already written (a touch different each time — the last one is a gentle goodbye), one tap opens it in your own Messages or Mail, and sending it moves the ladder along. Sent one another way? “Mark follow-up sent” keeps the count honest, and “Undo follow-up” steps it back. After the third, the ladder closes itself — and a reply closes it at any point. Like everything here, nothing sends itself: each follow-up waits for your tap.
New in 2.14: The race runs itself — set it up once with your shop's name and the competitor's (names and cities only — no counts to type, ever). ReviewCatcher finds both shops on their public listings, pulls the real review counts and ratings for BOTH sides, and refreshes them about once a week on its own. The newest pull always shows its date. If a number ever looks wrong, a hand correction still wins on your device — but typing counts is nobody's job anymore.
New in 2.13: Feedback now lands in your inbox by itself, and repeat customers get their own rows — feedback sent from a client's own phone travels straight into your Feedback tab (no email tap needed; the email button still rides along as backup), the feedback form can carry the client's phone or email so a reply marks THEIR job — not another client's with the same first name — and a customer whose last job was already asked can be added again for their new job instead of being refused as a duplicate. The private software hook link is unchanged and still never appears in client links. Everything from 2.13 is in:
New in 2.13: Paying for standalone use now works in the app — the free-30-days button now actually starts your plan: the pitch bar up top, the “Your plan” card in Setup and the link in the footer all open ReviewCatcher's own secure Stripe checkout ($49/mo after your free 30 days, no setup fee). Before, the price was stated but there was no way to pay it from inside the app. Everything from 2.11 is in:
New in 2.11: Hook door repair — the door's browser preflight answer was failing, which could stop browser-based tools from delivering finished jobs; it answers cleanly now. Everything from 2.10 is in:
New in 2.10: Bug-hunt fixes — your feedback link now carries your business name, review link and alert email in it, so a client on their own phone sees YOUR page (not a sample), happy clients land on your real review page, and any client can email their note straight to you in one tap from the thank-you screen. The Connect panel only says Live when the hook door AND the job store both answered just now, and you can make a new hook link if yours ever leaks (the old one stops working). Sample feedback no longer marks real jobs as replied.
New in 2.9: A front door, and a real connection — first open is now a guided 3 steps (your business + review link → your link is ready, ask already written → watch feedback land), and after that the app opens on Today: what landed, who needs an ask, and how the race stands, with one big button for the next thing to do. Setup unfinished just says “Step 1 of 3” where you left off. And under Finished jobs, “Connect your software” gives you a private hook link: when a job closes in Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks and dozens of other trade softwares (the list is organized by trade, with the connect page linked for each), the finished job lands in your list by itself — you still tap once to send the ask, from your own phone, like always.
New in 2.8: Finished jobs, the race, and replies in your trade's words — three upgrades. (1) Finished jobs on Setup: add each job as it wraps (or paste the whole list in), tap once and the ask is written in your own Messages or Mail; the list tracks who's been asked and who needs a follow-up, and “Make it fully automatic” shows how your job software can fire the ask itself the moment a job closes. (2) The scoreboard gains The race: your review count when you started → today, side by side with the competitor you're chasing. (3) Tell Setup what kind of work you do and the suggested reply on every inbox item is written for your trade — “↻ Another version” swaps in a different one. Everything is saved on this device, every suggestion is labeled a suggestion, and nothing sends or posts itself. And the standalone price dropped: free for the first 30 days, then $49/mo — the setup fee is gone for good.
New in 2.7: Review Scoreboard & rating goal — your captured-feedback stats plus the exact math for how many new 5-star reviews take your public rating to a target, tracked as they land. New in 2.4: Facebook the ask — Send the ask gains a fourth route: tap Facebook and a share window opens with your feedback link in it, ready to post where your clients see it. The same tap copies your ask text, so you can paste it into a Messenger message to your client instead. Same ask, same link — nothing new promised.
New in 2.2: A simpler inbox, reply attached — the Feedback inbox now leads with your replies: one plain line up top, the filters on one row, and the fine print at the bottom where it belongs. Every reply also carries its ready-made answer right on it — edit it if you like, tap Copy reply, paste it where the review lives. The full reply library still sits below the inbox.
New in 2.0: Pick your main review site — the top link in Setup now has a site picker: Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Zillow or Other. Pick yours, paste its link, and your clients' first review button wears that site's name. A link you already saved carries over untouched — a Google link stays set to Google.
New in 1.8: One sample, that's it — the Feedback inbox now starts with exactly one labeled sample instead of three, and older installs tidy themselves down to that same one sample on their next open. Real replies are never touched. The thank-you screen is also now word-for-word identical whatever star a client taps — same words, same review buttons, every time.
New in 1.6: Shorter screens — the long explanations now tuck into closed “How it works” / “How to read this” sections, and the copy-paste script sits under “Send it like this” on Setup, so every screen leads with the work. Nothing removed — every word is still here, one tap down.
New in 1.5: Shorter setup — the optional review sites (Facebook, Yelp, BBB + one more) now tuck into one closed section, so Save and your link sit right up top. New in 1.4: Send the ask — put in a client's name, tap Text or Email, and your own Messages or Mail app opens with the ask already written. New in 1.3: the Review Response Service — ready-made review replies, built into your Feedback inbox.
